• 50% upfront (non-refundable retainer / deposit)

• 50% upon final delivery of the edited content

Refund Policy

• Deposit is non-refundable once pre-production or scheduling begins

• Partial refund (up to 50%) may be offered only if you cancel before any work has started

• Once filming begins, no refunds are issued

• If you are unhappy with the final product, reasonable revisions (1–2 rounds) are offered instead of a refund
